Release

Description

This neurographic piece was completed during a release algorithm. After the emotions hit the paper, not only did a bird reveal itself in the ‘neurolines’, but I was then motivated to write words in opposition to what the emotions were when I began. “Release” captures a profound moment of letting go, depicted through a minimalist yet poignant abstract design. Sweeping strokes and an invigorating palette convey a sense of peace and liberation. This piece is 9″x12″, and was completed with marker and watercolors.
